What does the word "TEAM" mean to you?

To make the USSSA and NSA Super Worlds Tournament and also do well in the 2013 tournaments. To win at least 5 Tournaments this year and league Championships. To play as a team and coach my teams to the best of my abilities and put the team in a place where we can win. Have fun and make sure we all play together and always give 100% every game.
